We have some great friends around the world, it's always such a pleasure to be able to spend time in their company something which doesn't happen too often with everyone's busy schedule. We have a two week vacation from house sitting (yes we know our lives are one big vacation:) So driving south from San Fransisco we headed to sweltering Las Vegas and Bakersfield to enjoy our friends and enjoy we did!! Cocktails at 5.00 pm everyday, bath temperature swimming pools, excellent food, wine and most of all company .... both the two and four legged variety. Paddington, Coco and JR. (furry four legs) So we're now in Bakersfield CA for the next week, we may melt but hey would rather do that than feel like an ice cube, unless it's in a cocktail of course! Speaking of which it's 5.00 pm, see you all in LA next week ...... cheers!!
