We're young at heart retirees with the wisdom to know the world is full of opportunity, no matter what your age. During John's career, as an engineer in the oil industry, we traveled the world creating wonderful memories, lifelong friendships, had life changing experiences and overcame many challenges. Originally from the UK now based in BC Canada, we've enjoyed ex pat life in India, Africa, Italy, Vietnam, Singapore, France and Qatar. Surviving monsoons, floods, temps of 40 degrees c, above and below, and even an earthquake. Travel is life's consummate educator the learning continues.
Our children have grown and flown, actually we were the ones to fly they've remained firmly roosted at home in the UK. House sitting allows us the flexibility to visit often ..... never outstaying our welcome:))
With a passion for animals and their welfare we've been privileged to share our lives with many creatures both great and small. Losing our beloved Springer Holly, five years ago, started John and I on this amazing adventure. Dedicating our time caring for wonderful pets, and their pet parents homes, is our new vocation, we get to use the many skills we've perfected on life's journey. House sitting is a service we provide to our clients for the complete experience not just to put a free roof over our heads or to enjoy a free vacation. Engaging sitters from around the world for our own home gives us a unique perspective into this win, win concept.
